I just received my order Mar 8th I originally ordered on Feb 4. Apparently there was an issue with my address. I contacted Customer Service and they re-shipped me my order. Customer service responded promptly to my email. I’m from Canada so not only did I pay an exchange ( I was aware of this) I also incurred an unexpected custom charge of $32. I’ve ordered from the US before, and I have never had to pay custom charges. The chain and bracelet cost more then I really wanted to spend
In saying all that the chain and bracelet is pretty. I really hope it holds up and doesn’t tarnish.
I probably won’t order anything else with the exchange and custom fees I’m not sure it’s worth it.
